The recent actions by the US Supreme Court do not, AT THIS TIME, have any effect on how Florida administers its VBM program. The court actions have not addressed the legality of the actions of the current Federal administration.

If the court actions eventually have an effect on our VBM program, we will adjust accordingly to always be compliant with the law and with the court orders.
