During an active election cycle, the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections distributes files containing information about Vote-by-Mail voters. These files are produced in accordance with Florida Election Law and the rules adopted by the Florida Division of Elections.
Vote-by-Mail voter information is only available to authorized members of the public as defined in section 101.62(2), Florida Statutes.
To request access to these files, please download and complete the Application to Obtain Vote-by-Mail Ballot Request Information. Once completed, submit the application to the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections office for review. Upon approval, you will receive login credentials to access the files through ShareFile.
According to the Florida Division of Elections’ rules, Vote-by-Mail status files are sent to the Division each day beginning 60 days before a statewide primary election and continuing until 15 days after the corresponding statewide general election.
