Public meeting notice of the Seminole County Canvassing Board for the August 18 Primary Election

The Seminole County Canvassing Board is scheduled to meet at the following times and dates:


  • July 31 at 10 a.m. for Logic and Accuracy Testing
  • August 12, 13, 14, 15 at 10 a.m. and August 17 at 3 p.m. for canvassing of mail ballots
  • August 18 at 4 p.m. for Election Day canvassing and certification of initial results
  • August 20 at 4 p.m. for canvassing of provisional ballots, certification of official results and the manual audit criteria
  • August 28 at 10 a.m. for the conduct of manual audit


If the board is required to meet at dates and times not listed, the time, date and location will be posted at the office of the Supervisor of Elections and announced at the conclusion of the preceding meeting. Additionally, each meeting may be continued from time to time as needed to address the matters before the canvassing board at such meeting and the canvassing board may discuss other issues or address other matters, in addition to those set forth above, to accomplish the functions of the canvassing board. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the Supervisor of Elections Office 48 hours in advance of the meeting at 407.585-VOTE (8683). Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose they need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

La Junta de escrutinio del Condado de Seminole está programada para reunirse en los horarios y fechas a continuación:

  • julio 31 a las 10 a.m. para la prueba de la lógica y de precisión

Si se le requiere a la junta reunirse en horas y fechas no especificadas anteriormente, la hora, la fecha y el sitio serán publicados en la oficina del Supervisor de Elecciones y serán anunciados al final de la reunión inmediatamente anterior. Además, cada reunión podrá ser aplazada de vez en cuando tanto como sea necesario para abordar los asuntos correspondientes a esa reunión ante la junta de escrutinio y la junta de escrutinio podrá abordar o conversar acerca de otros asuntos o temas adicionales a los previamente mencionados para desempeñar las funciones correspondientes de la junta de escrutinio. Personas con alguna discapacidad que necesiten ayuda para participar en alguno de estos procedimientos deberán contactar a la oficina del Supervisor de Elecciones al 407.585-VOTE (8683) con 48 horas de anticipación a la reunión.
